YT Trade is a **purely skill-based mobile game** where players use their knowledge, analytical skills, and judgment to predict the outcomes of trends related to YouTube channels. **The outcome is predominantly determined by the user's skill, not by chance.** This Service is not a form of gambling, betting, or a financial investment platform.
To use this App, you must be **at least 18 years old** and a resident of India. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements. This service is not available in states where games of skill are prohibited by law.
The App uses virtual points, referred to as "SP" (Skill Points). These points are used to participate in prediction challenges. SP are not real currency and have **no monetary value outside of the App**. They are solely for entertainment and gameplay purposes and cannot be sold, traded, or transferred.
You agree to use the App fairly and for its intended purpose. Any use of bots, automation scripts, or fraudulent means to participate in challenges is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate termination of your account.
The App is provided "AS IS." We do not make any warranties about the reliability or accuracy of the data presented. All predictions are based on simulated data models and are for skill-based entertainment only.
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of ViewSense.
